We work with cosmetics brands that have a strong product and real traction at home — but haven't been able to break into international distribution yet. We act as an external sales executive: someone who already knows the buyers, understands the markets, and can open doors that would otherwise take years to find.
Our model is straightforward. A monthly retainer covers the ongoing work — market research, buyer outreach, relationship management. A commission applies to every sale we close. If we don't perform, the cost stays low. If we do, we both win.
We also work directly with sales teams inside brands that are already operating internationally but want to sharpen their approach. This takes the form of focused training sessions, drawing on years of hands-on experience in cosmetics distribution across multiple markets.
